July 2018 - Present

LLOYDS BANKING GROUP - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Part of the launch team for the in-house strategy, creative production agency; telling the story of the largest corporate digital transformation in Western Europe. Developed the structure, recruitment, processes and strategy for a +20 strong team. â€‹Creating a wide range of content (film, animation, motion graphics, creative workshops) communication to 20,000 colleagues, as well as recruitment, CSR and corporate stakeholders.

2015 - 2018

TI MEDIA - HEAD OF CONTENT MARKETING

Launched the virtual agency sourced from the editorial, creative production teams of the publishers +40 brands.  Leadership on strategy, production and performance of content produced for client owned channels. Sourced and produced content for a range of clients including Selfridges, Fidelity Investments, Brewin Dolphin, L'Oreal, JD Williams, Longines, eBay and Debenhams for their owned and earned media channels.

2014 - 2015

21:12 - HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION

Managed the integration of the Digital Creative Agency capability into the Porta Communications Group; and their creative services function 21:12. Responsible for digital creative, design & development functions. Running the Digital client services, development and creative, ensuring digital capability is represented in all new business opportunities across the Porta Group.

2012 - 2014

WSM COMMUNICATIONS - DIGITAL DIRECTOR

Responsible for all digital creative, strategy, design & build functions (UK, Europe, Middle East and US) for the sports marketing agency. Managing P&L, new business acquisition & digital strategy across existing clients. Senior level representation of digital to global CTO and CMO stakeholders. Output included development and build of websites, rich media, mobile apps & exhibition screen content. Working with brands including Aberdeen Asset Management, Beazley, Financial Times, Hearst UK and US and The Economist (UK, Europe and US).

2011 - 2012

ASOS - COMMERCIAL MANAGER, MARKETING

Reporting into the Marketing Director and Chief Executive; responsibility for ASOS's commercial real estate (digital, social, packaging and print). Executing a commercial strategy to offset marketing spend by creative and advertising partnerships with sellers and third-parties. Creating new inventory, budget and ledger systems, as well as partnerships with fashion, beauty and technology partners.

2004 - 2011

EMAP / BAUER ADVERTISING - CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Owning creative content revenue generation and leading creative productions teams across a number of brands. Commercial P&L management (print, digital, experiential and sponsorship), management of sales pipeline & the creative production teams. Developing strong relationships across a range of portfolios including entertainment (Mojo, Q, Kerrang and Empire), lifestyle (FHM, Zoo, Heat and Closer).
